Drawing on 30+ years in talent acquisition, onboarding, and business development, I coach families and job seekers to tell a clear, compelling story that stands out in competitive applicant pools. As a parent of a Brown University student and a longtime recruiter, I understand both sides of the table—what selective schools and employers look for, and how overwhelming the process can feel for families and candidates. On the college side, I guide students through every step of the admissions journey, from building a smart school list and activities profile to crafting authentic essays and preparing for interviews. On the career side, I help early- and mid-career professionals reposition their resumes, optimize LinkedIn, and sharpen their interview skills so their experience translates into real opportunities.
